   England beat Pakistan by 5 wickets in T20 World Cup final
England beat Pakistan by five wickets in the final of the T20 World Cup to win the tournament for the second time. Pakistan won the toss and scored 137 runs batting first. In response, England achieved the target by losing five wickets in 19 overs. Ben Stokes scored a brilliant half-century for England and won the team. Pakistans bowlers fought fiercely even for a small score, but due to injury to Shaheen Afridi, Pakistans bowling was weakened and England took advantage of this to score quick runs in Iftikhars over and removed the pressure.
